1. Project Manager Organisational Details • Department: Engineering • Section: Project Management Group • Reports to: Engineering Manager • Supervises: None

Functional Details • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Co-ordinate internal resources to ensure the customers needs are satisfied, whilst ensuring that Eurotech’s business interests are maintained • Manage the communication with Customers during the entire project lifetime. • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans • Determine and assess the need for additional resources as necessary during the project cycle • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations • Conduct retrospective analysis and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements to ensure failures are not repeated

2. Senior Hardware Engineer Organisational Details • Department: Engineering • Section: Electronic Hardware Design and System Engineering • Reports to: Engineering Manager • Supervises: Individual Contributor. May mentor junior engineers

Functional Details • Proven experience in the design of embedded complex electronic board products, including high speed 32/64-bit processor boards, from constructing the initial specification through to releasing a completed product • Maintain thorough engineering files and notes of all projects and work carried out in a manner that can easily be interpreted by other engineering staff • Lead design projects, providing estimates and completing the design to agreed timescales • Undertake the responsibilities of applying the Eurotech Product Life Cycle to a product development, handling all aspects of the life cycle from concept/feasibility through to production release • Undertake the responsibilities of keeping costs of design and product within target specification using the best effort in components selections and solution proposals • Liaise with the Operations team to ensure the products can be manufactured • Archive all computer-generated work so that it may be safely recovered in the future • Provide support and guidance to other members of the board design team as required • Provide support to the Sales team when necessary in pre-sales activities and to ensure specifications meet customer requirements

The Senior Buyer provides parts, equipment, and materials by developing sources of supply and monitoring supplier performance, verifying receipt of items, authorizing payment. Responsibilities: • Help locate and select electronic and electro-mechanical component suppliers • Assist in the processing of contract costs • Issue requests for quotes/proposals (RFQ/RFP) and select best source consistent with cost, quality and delivery requirements. We are seeking to add an experienced world-class cloud system administrator to monitor, manage and expand the growing cloud-based system infrastructure, efficiently scaling it to meet all needs from a business and customer perspective. The candidate would have to actively define and develop the monitoring policies and standards that will be followed to maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including provisioning, managing and monitoring large messaging systems and distributed databases.

IT Engineer - Analyst Job Description: Eurotech, a global company that designs, creates and delivers full Internet of Things solutions, including services, software and hardware, is seeking a motivated, and enthusiastic developer to be added to the global IT team. The IT team at Eurotech delivers technology solutions to internal and external customers, enabling our users to achieve more by integrating third-party solutions with custom applications and business intelligence tailored to our business processes.

Responsibilities: As a IT Engineer, after an initial training phase, you are expected to: • Conduct research of existing applications, system data, associated processes and constraints • Evaluate submitted requests against existing architectures and Information Technology (IT) strategies • Consults and coaches other employees in IT techniques and best practices • Oversees the identification of training resources for processes and techniques • Assists team members with problem identification and resolution • Own, from investigation to resolution, users’ or systems issues and contribute to the internal support knowledge base • Develop integrations between systems and custom applications to support the business processes

Required Technical Skills: • Minimum 1 year of experience programming in one of Java, Python or C# • Knowledge of data storage solution such as MySQL, PostgeSQL and MS SqlServer. • Linux, user level knowledge • Design Patterns • High level understanding of architecture-related concepts

Other Skills: • Previous experience in which high levels of initiative, judgment, and tact has been demonstrated. • Must possess superior technical aptitude, written and oral communications skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner. • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability. • Energized by working with a multinational team in a rapidly growing business • Questions experience and values real world field data; practical problem solving; critical thinker with excellent judgment and initiative • Knowledge of written and spoken English language

Office Location: • Preferred location is Amaro, Udine, Italy
